Regal Touch Cleaners offers residential, commercial, and vacation rental cleaning services. Service availability may vary depending on location, schedule, and specific client requirements.

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • All appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system, by phone, or via email.
  • A valid payment method may be required to confirm your booking.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when scheduling and to allow reasonable access to your property for our staff.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations may incur a fee
  • No-shows or lockouts (when our cleaners are unable to access your property) will be charged in full.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon booking of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept: all forms of credit and debit cards.
  • Any overdue payments may result in suspension of services and/or late fees.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or re-clean the area(s) of concern at no extra cost.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure the property is safe and accessible for cleaning staff.
  • Secure pets, valuables, and any hazardous materials before the appointment.
  • Notify us in advance of any special cleaning requests or sensitivities (e.g., allergies, surface types, etc.).

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in providing our services, Regal Touch Cleaners is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to your property.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Items not properly secured or previously damaged.
